Give NishBot a goal in plain words. Your Chief of Staff splits it into cards, hands them to the right agents and brings back what needs your decision.

  • Team board

    Agents pass work to each other as cards: To do, Working, Waiting, Review, Done. One Needs you tray holds every decision.

  • Integrations

    Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear and more, with your own sign-in. Reading is free; every write is a click.

  • Flows

    Describe an automation in a sentence and NishBot builds the steps, then tests them on a real sample before anything runs.

  • Skills that learn

    After a task, NishBot drafts a better way to do it. The new skill waits as a card and changes nothing until you approve it.

  • Dictation

    Press a shortcut and speak into any app. It runs on your computer by default, in English, Hindi and Hinglish.

  • Meeting notes

    Transcribed on your device, with no bot joining the call and a recording badge always on. Summaries are made when you ask.

  • Day brief

    One calm page each morning: what needs you, meetings, to-dos, mail and finished work. It never sends anything.

  • Document reader

    PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scans and zip files become clean, cited notes your team can work from.

  • Phone and Telegram

    Reach your desktop from a paired phone or your own Telegram bot. Off until you turn it on.

  • Purchases with limits

    Off by default. Every purchase needs its own Buy click, with caps per purchase, per day and per month.

  • Keep awake

    Your computer stays awake while agents are working, and sleeps again when they are done.

  • Real office files

    Agents write real Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and file changes can be undone.

How it works

Four steps. You keep the last one.

NishBot installs like an app. There is no server to run and no account to make with us.

  1. Choose your AI

    Add a key from the provider you already pay, or download a local model. Each agent can use a different one.

  2. Meet your team

    Start with ready-made agents, each with a plain job title, or describe a new one. Rename them as you like.

  3. Say what you need

    Type or speak a goal. Your Chief of Staff plans it on the team board and keeps you posted.

  4. Sign off

    Anything that cannot be undone waits on a card that says what, to whom and what happens next. You click.

Stays on your computer

  • Chats, memory, files and history, in a folder you can open.
  • Keys, in your system’s own encrypted credential store.
  • Calendar, notes, to-dos and routines, sealed on disk.
  • On macOS and Linux, each agent works inside its own sandbox.

What leaves it

Only what a task needs goes to the AI provider you chose, on your key and your bill. Integrations talk to the apps you connected. NishBot has no analytics of its own to send anything to.

Ask first, by default
Every new agent starts in Ask first. You can give an agent more room later; sending, paying and deleting still ask every time.
Clicks, not words
A typed or spoken “yes” never approves anything. Approval is a click in the app or the system dialog.
A hard spend cap
Set a limit per hour, day or month. A task that could cross it does not start; at the cap, work stops until you click Raise and resume.
Your keys, your bill
Each agent runs on your own key or a local model. You pay your provider directly, at their price.
Stop all
One button stops a whole team. Flows, purchases and phone sessions each have their own Stop all.
Every decision on record
Each approval is written to a local log. “Always allow” expires after 1, 7 or 30 days, or when you revoke it.

A mode gives your team the right habits for the job, with guardrails that stay on.

  • General

    Research, writing, planning, code and replies. The everyday team.

  • Trading

    Watchlists, research and paper trading by default. It asks before any order or money move, and every answer says it is not financial advice.

  • Social and marketing

    Plans posts, creatives and short videos for six platforms. Nothing is published until you click Publish on the exact preview.

  • Friend

    A chat-only companion for adults. It says it is an AI, it cannot act outside the chat and it cannot spend.

What is NishBot?

A desktop app that runs a Chief of Staff and a small team of AI agents on your own computer. They research, write, build and reply; you approve anything that cannot be undone.

Which computers does it run on?

macOS 12 or later (Apple silicon and Intel), Windows 10 and 11, and Linux (AppImage and .deb). A few features, such as the document reader, are not available on Intel Macs.

Which AI does it use?

The one you choose. Bring a key from the provider you already use, connect any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or download a local model with your consent. Each agent can use a different one.

Does NishBot see my data?

No. Your chats, files, notes and keys stay on your computer. Only what a task needs goes to the AI provider you picked, under your own account with them.

Can an agent send an email or spend money without me?

Not by default. New agents start in Ask first, and sending, paying and deleting ask every time. Purchases are off until you turn them on, and each one needs its own Buy click within your limits.

How does the spend cap work?

You set a cap per hour, day or month on AI spend. A task whose worst-case cost would cross the cap does not start. At the cap, work pauses and one card asks whether to raise the cap or stay paused.

Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. NishBot speaks English and Hindi, and dictation understands Hinglish too.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes, if you turn it on. Pair a phone through your own secure tunnel, or connect your own Telegram bot. Your desktop needs to be on and online.
